New year, new socks for Fostering Hope Delco families

As we begin another school year, Fostering Hope has asked if we can give the gift of socks to the families they serve. Socks may seem simple, but at the foster closet they fly off the shelves! For children and teens entering foster care—often with little more than the clothes on their backs—a new pair of socks means comfort, dignity, and a fresh start. Your donation helps keep feet warm, healthy, and ready for school, sports, and everyday adventures. Something as small as socks makes a big difference in helping foster kids and youth feel seen, cared for, and supported. Donations can be left in the Fostering Hope basket in Wesley Hall.
Fostering Hope Delco is grateful for Covenant’s continual dedication to supporting the families that use the foster closet hosted at St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Norwood. Over the last 2.5 years, Covenant has donated socks, diapers, diaper cream, pajamas, shorts, shampoo, body wash, lotion, baby wipes, dignity duffels, gift cards, toys, games, crib mattresses, and much more! Thank you Covenant for your continual dedication to these families, ensuring that needs are met again and again.
