You Can Help Build Hope

Covenant Church is partnering with Lima UMC to Help Build Hope 2023 on October 7th.

We could use your help!

• What: We’re constructing all of the walls for a new four-bedroom house being built by Habitat for Humanity in Franklin County.
• Who: Everybody (age 5 and older) – you, your kids, your parents, your coworkers, your class, your group, your team – everybody!
• When:
  • Friday, October 6th (4pm): Adult helpers needed for cutting wood.
  • Saturday, October 7th (8am-1pm): Helpers needed to assemble walls, coordinate volunteers, and prepare meals. All skill levels welcome.
• Where: Lima’s campus at 209 Middletown Road in Media
• Why: To lend a hand in a quick and worthy project to help a Pennsylvania family realize affordable home ownership. And it’s a lot of fun!

What can you do?

• Set aside three or four hours on Saturday.
• Reach out to your friends and family.
• Register to Help Build Hope 2023 online or email hbh@covumc.com.
• Show up!

By lunchtime on Saturday, you will have helped build all of the walls for a new home!
