Help After Helene

With the devastation from Hurricane Helene impacting numerous Central Appalachian counties in ASP’s service area, our hearts are moved to want to help in some way.

Helene brought unprecedented flooding to Northeast TN, Western NC, and Southwest VA, striking as a tropical storm and causing what TDOT called a ‘more than 500-year event’ for local infrastructure. ASP’s East Tennessee Hub Disaster Recovery Team has been on the ground assessing the damage to determine how ASP can best support the community. They will be mobilizing volunteers as soon as local authorities say it is safe to do so.
