Message from ASP: Unprecedented flooding has devastated parts of our service area: You can HELP!
The recent flooding in Central Appalachia has devastated areas of Breathitt County, Kentucky where the Covenant ASP team served in early July. Neighboring counties in Kentucky, Virginia, and West Virginia were also affected. We can help.

UNPRECEDENTED FLOODING HAS DEVASTATED PARTS OF OUR SERVICE AREA: YOU CAN HELP!
August 5, 2022
Our friends and neighbors are hurting.
Homes have been washed off their foundations, roads and bridges are gone, and rescue and recovery efforts feel impossible. 38 people have died, and more are unaccounted for. More rain and heat are making the situation worse.
This disaster is the most devastating that I have ever witnessed.
The situation feels impossible. But our neighbors are resilient and with your help, they will recover & rebuild. And ASP will be there!
This is where we do our work. This is home to us.
This disaster has touched the hearts of many. One friend has been moved to offer a $100,000 matching gift, encouraging us all to give sacrificially.
Your best emergency gift NOW will help so much!
ASP staff is assessing how we will aid in the recovery and rebuilding efforts with these communities, while also helping with the initial relief efforts--providing shovels, shower trailers, buckets and other tools to help care for those affected.
More info to come...
