District Superintendent Begins Anniversary with Worship
On February 20, Rev. Dr. Evelyn Kent-Clark, South District Superintendent, will lead us in worship. Rev. Clark grew up in Philadelphia and attended Lincoln University and Eastern Theological Seminary. She answered the call to ministry after 13 years as an educator in the public school system. She has been involved in women’s issues and discussions of science and religion. In 2017 Rev. Clark received the Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award from President Obama. She took on the role of DS in July 2020. Be sure to join us in person or online.
